Overview

Iviskos is a bright and comfortable 90 sqm apartment on the first floor, renovated in 2019 and designed for relaxing holidays in South Crete. With beautiful views towards the sea and the surrounding hills, it offers a peaceful setting for families, couples or small groups looking to enjoy the calm atmosphere of Kalamaki.

One of the highlights of Iviskos is its spacious terrace, where guests can enjoy breakfast, dinner or a quiet evening while looking out towards the sea and the Cretan landscape.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, such as a fridge-freezer, stove, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils.

The living room with sofa, TV and dining area creates a welcoming space for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the nearby villages and archaeological sites.

The master bedroom features a double bed and plenty of storage space, while the second bedroom includes two single beds, making the apartment ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Netflix, TV, washing machine, iron and all the comforts needed for an easy and pleasant stay.

Located close to Kalamaki beach, Kommos beach, Matala and Phaistos, Iviskos is an excellent choice for guests who want peaceful accommodation with beautiful views in the heart of South Crete.

Iviskos takes its name from the hibiscus flower, known for its vibrant colors and its connection with warm Mediterranean landscapes.
