Louisa

Overview

Louiza is a spacious 90 sqm maisonette designed for comfortable family holidays in Kalamaki, South Crete. Built in 2019, it combines modern comfort with warm wooden details and a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for guests looking for peaceful accommodation near Matala and Kommos beach.

The maisonette can host up to 7 guests and is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with easy access, and a bright living area with a sofa bed and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for everyday cooking, such as an electric stove, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and washing machine.

Upstairs, guests will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, together with a second bathroom and extra storage space. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Netflix, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for a comfortable stay.

The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing during warm summer days. The balcony on the upper floor is a lovely spot to enjoy the morning sun, while the ground floor terrace overlooks the swimming pool and the herb garden. The large outdoor table is ideal for family meals and relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.

Louiza offers a peaceful stay in the heart of South Crete, close to Kalamaki beach, Kommos beach, Matala and the archaeological site of Phaistos.

Louiza takes its name from Aloysia citrodora, also known as lemon verbena, a fragrant flowering plant loved for its fresh citrus aroma and calming character.
