Overview

Skinos is a spacious 100 sqm ground floor apartment in Kalamaki, South Crete, ideal for families or small groups looking for peaceful holidays close to nature. With its cool interior spaces, shaded courtyards and traditional character, Skinos offers a relaxing stay in a quiet setting surrounded by trees and gardens.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and includes three comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living and dining area. The cozy living room with fireplace, sofa and TV creates a warm atmosphere for relaxing evenings with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, such as a fridge-freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and washing machine.

The outdoor areas are one of the highlights of Skinos. The apartment has access to two shaded courtyards, one facing east and one west, offering peaceful places to enjoy breakfast, coffee or quiet moments during the day while listening to the sounds of nature.

The master bedroom features a double bed and direct access to the courtyard, while the other two bedrooms provide comfortable spaces for family members or friends. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Netflix, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available.

Located close to Kalamaki beach, Kommos beach, Matala and Phaistos, Skinos is an excellent choice for guests who want to experience the peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty of South Crete.

Skinos takes its name from the terebinth tree, a plant traditionally connected with the Mediterranean landscape and known for its natural aroma and long history in the region.
