Levanta

Overview

Levanta is a cozy 50 sqm maisonette in Kalamaki, South Crete, ideal for couples looking for peaceful holidays near the sea. Built in 2019, it combines traditional style with modern comfort, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views towards the South Cretan Sea.

The bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom. The wooden details throughout the maisonette give the space a natural and welcoming character.

On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge-freezer, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and washing machine. The dining area and the living space with sofa bed and TV are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Outside, the terrace offers beautiful sea views and a peaceful place to enjoy breakfast, coffee or the sunset. The pool area and courtyard create a quiet setting for relaxing moments during warm summer days.
