Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions define the rules of stay and apply to all guests of the property. By completing a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

A 30% prepayment of the total reservation amount is required in order to confirm the booking.
Check-in & Check-out

Guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance of their expected arrival time in order to ensure a smooth welcome and key handover.

Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.

Keys are collected directly at the accommodation.

The host personally welcomes guests and provides all necessary information regarding their stay.
Payments

The property does not accept credit or debit card payments.
Accommodation & Additional Services

Upon request and prior arrangement, it is possible to provide extra beds, baby cots, and baby equipment in selected rooms.
Pets & Smoking Policy

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
Swimming Pool Use

The swimming pool is open daily from 07:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

No lifeguard service is provided. Pool use is at guests’ own responsibility, especially with regard to children.
Quiet Hours

Afternoon quiet hours: 15:00 – 17:00

Night-time quiet hours: 00:00 – 07:00
